Responsibilities:
1.Involves in a wide range of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, M&A, financial/compliance advisory, restructuring and other fund raising activities);
2.Participates in the origination and execution of IPOs and other capital markets transactions, including project management/coordination, due diligence and project execution;
3.Prepares internal memos, due diligence records, financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials, presentations and development of detailed financial models; and
4.Communicates and coordinates with clients, professional parties and regulators
Requirements:
1.University degree in accounting or finance with professional qualifications (i.e. CPA/CFA) is preferred;
2.Solid experience in corporate finance is a must while experience in international accounting firm and/or in vetting IPO applications in the role of regulator is an advantage;
3.Candidates applying for the position should possess at least 3 years of solid experience in handling/completing IPO transactions in the role of a sponsor.
4.Working knowledge in the Listing Rules is required and Takeovers Codes is preferred;
5.Independent, proactive, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel occasionally;
6.Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills; and
7.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.

3.Independent, proactive, a team player with excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills and willing to travel occasionally;
4.Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must;
